We cannot cancel or refund deposits on rifles that are to order, we can at our discretion endevour to sell a to order rifle when it comes onto stock and issue a refund at that point

The customer is liable for return cost of any goods purchased from us. We do not refund postage. We do not accept returns on goods incorrectly ordered.

All ex-display and S/H spares are sold as seen and without warrenty, they may have minor defects, marks or cosmetic flaws. We do not accept returns for ex-display and S/H goods.

Inspection – we inspect and photograph all firearms and parts before shipping.

If a gun/package/outer box arrives and is damaged you must sign for it as such and notify us immediately.
